How cancellation works
We understand plans can change. Because orders move quickly into processing and carrier pickup, cancellation availability depends on the order’s status.

Cancellation rules
Cancellation: Before shipment: you may request cancellation (not guaranteed, depends on order status). After shipment: cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process.

What to do if you need to cancel
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the email used at checkout. If the order has not shipped, we will review your request based on the current status. If the order has shipped, please wait for delivery and then use the Returns & Refund process within the return window.
