Returns window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility and conditions
To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in their original condition (no intentional damage), with all parts and accessories included. If an item was delivered in multiple boxes, all boxes and components should be returned together when applicable. Please keep your order confirmation and any delivery documentation, as we may use these to verify the order.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us using the information below within the return window.

  2. Provide your order number, the email used at checkout, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. If the issue involves damage, defect, or a wrong item, include clear photos within the required timeframe.

Return shipping responsibility
Non-quality returns: customer pays.
Quality issue/wrong item/damage: seller pays or handled case-by-case.

Original shipping charges
If you paid a shipping fee (for orders under $90), that original shipping charge is not refunded for non-quality returns. If the return is approved due to a quality issue, wrong item, or shipping damage attributable to the shipment, we will review reimbursement of any original shipping charge as part of the resolution.

Damage, defect, or wrong item
Damage/DOA claim: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
If we confirm a qualifying issue, we will determine the appropriate solution based on the situation (for example: replacement parts, replacement, or refund).

Refund timing and method
Refund processing: within 10 business days after approval.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit after we process the refund.

No restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
