Shipping coverage
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States.
Shipping fees
Free shipping on orders $90+; otherwise $10 flat rate.
Order cutoff and processing time
Order cutoff is 6:00 pm (CST). Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is the time needed to confirm, prepare, and hand off your order to a carrier.
Transit time after shipment
Transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Transit time is an estimate and begins once the carrier has accepted the package.
Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers, depending on destination and package requirements.
Tracking
When available, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order ships. Carrier scan events may take time to appear and can update intermittently.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address (including apartment/unit numbers). If a package is delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery outcomes and any additional costs may be your responsibility.
Changes and cancellations (before vs. after shipment)
Before shipment: you may request cancellation (not guaranteed, depends on order status).
After shipment: cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process.
Wrong item, missing items, or shipping damage
If you receive the wrong item, your order appears incomplete, or your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos (especially for damage).
Damage/DOA claim: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Quality issue/wrong item/damage: seller pays or handled case-by-case.
Delays and exceptions
Delivery estimates can be affected by weather, peak shipping periods, carrier network issues, address verification, and other events outside our control. If a delay occurs, we recommend checking tracking first and then contacting us if you need help interpreting updates.
