Q: Where do you ship?
A: Ship-to country: United States only.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping fee: Free shipping on orders $90+; otherwise $10 flat rate.

Q: When do you process orders?
A: Order cutoff: 6:00 pm (CST). Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Q: How long does delivery take after shipment?
A: Transit time: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.

Q: Will I get tracking?
A: When available, tracking is sent to your email after the order ships. Carrier scans may take time to appear.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellation: Before shipment: you may request cancellation (not guaranteed, depends on order status). After shipment: cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process.

Q: What is your return window?
A: Returns window: 30 days from delivery date.

Q: Are there any items that can’t be returned?
A: Non-returnables: none.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping: Non-quality returns: customer pays. Quality issue/wrong item/damage: seller pays or handled case-by-case.

Q: My item arrived damaged or defective—what should I do?
A: Damage/DOA claim: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Contact us with your order number and pictures so we can review and determine next steps.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refund processing: within 10 business days after approval (plus any time your bank needs to post the credit).

Q: Do you charge sales tax at checkout?
A: Tax: Prices include tax; no additional tax is added at checkout.
